    A fictional store relies on chat orders, while price and stock information is scattered. Shoppers struggle to find products and the team answers the same pre-purchase questions every day.

    Organise categories and filters around shopping decisions, clarify pricing, variants, delivery, and returns on product pages, reduce mobile cart friction, and prepare URL, product data, and internal-link structures for SEO.
